It's finally done! I have been working on this forever! I'm really happy with the way it turned out. I did change a few things from the original pattern. The Octopus at the bottom is my own design and I think it's pretty cute. I chose 06 and 18 for the kids birthdays. I almost did the years they were born but I quickly realized I would be putting 9 11 on the quilt and that's just depressing. Sorry it's so wrinkly, the kids were snuggling under it before I stole it away from them for a quick picture.
Oh, it is beautiful! I love the octopus. No matter what pattern I use, I have to add my own elements to make it unique and mine! Thanks for sharing, love to see your work!!
